​​BOOKING DETAILS​​​

Room Fee: $250​
Capacity: 50 guests
Food & Tea Service: $50 per guest
Bellini Bar (optional): $500
EVENT TIMES & BUYOUT MINIMUMS​​
​
Private event buyout minimums reflect the cost of a private dining experience, before tax and service fees. The room fee is a separate booking fee and does not apply toward the event minimum.​
​
Traditional buyouts reserve the tea cottage for a 2 hour fully private brunch or afternoon tea service. Extended buyouts reserve the tea cottage across two consecutive service periods for a 3 hour fully private tea service.

EXTENDED BRUNCH TEA SERVICE

AFTERNOON TEA SERVICE

​​​FOOD & BEVERAGE​​​
​
Private events feature our traditional Brunch or Afternoon Tea menus, served with English Breakfast tea. Menus are seasonal and may vary throughout the year.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
​
Menus are not customized for individual allergies or dietary restrictions. Supplemental sandwiches may be ordered in advance for the host or guest of honor. Options include up to 6 vegan cucumber sandwiches, or up to 6 gluten free cucumber sandwiches.

Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to follow the instructions noted on the menu and inform their server. We kindly ask that guests with allergies review our allergy statement prior to dining.

BUBBLY & ​BELLINI BAR​​​​
​
Our Bellini Bar is a flat fee add on that includes up to eight bottles of Prosecco, with non-alcoholic Prosecco available. Please note this offering is priced as an in house experience, and alcohol may not be taken off site.

PAYMENT & FEES​​​
​
A bill will be presented at the conclusion of your event, inclusive of an 8% tax, 8% administrative fee, and a 20% service fee calculated after tax and fees. Payment is accepted in full by cash or in full by credit card, with a maximum of two credit cards per bill. We are unable to accept split payments between cash and credit card, or payment by check.​

PLANNING YOUR PRIVATE EVENT​

We believe every celebration should feel effortless, meaningful, and memorable. To ensure a smooth planning process, we’ve outlined the steps below from initial inquiry through final details.

SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY
​
Our team will respond within 48 hours.
​
REVIEW THE CONTRACT
​
Following your inquiry and introductory call or message, our team will send a copy of our event contract for review. This is provided for reference only, allowing you to ensure you are comfortable with all details prior to next steps.
​
HOLD YOUR DATE
​
Once the contract has been reviewed and all follow up questions have been addressed, you may select a date and a 24-hour courtesy hold may be placed.
​
SECURE YOUR EVENT​
​
To finalize your booking, you will receive an invoice for the $250 non-refundable room fee. Please note that your date and time are not secured until this fee is paid.
​
SIGN THE CONTRACT
​
Once payment is received, our team will send the official contract for signature.
​
SUBMIT THE FINAL DETAILS FORM
​
After your signed contract is returned, you will receive the Final Details Form with a submission deadline. Please plan RSVP dates accordingly. Your completed Final Details Form and confirmed guest count are due 30 days before your event. Once submitted, the form is final and cannot be adjusted.​

ROOM LAYOUT
​
Floor plans are not provided as our room layout may change. The information shared in your Final Details Form determines how we plan and arrange your event space to support your celebration. Recommended quantities for tabletop floral arrangements are outlined below based on your guest count and the anticipated number of tables.​

Cookie favors are individually wrapped for guests to take home and are placed inside each teacup upon arrival. Cakes may be ordered for display only and are not cut or served on site.
