Pricing & Packages
Booking Fee | $250 plus tax
Capacity | Up to 50 guests
TEA SERVICE | $50 per guest
Seasonal tea menu served with English Breakfast tea.
SPARKLING TEA SERVICE | $75 per guest
Seasonal tea menu served with English Breakfast tea and a pre-selected sparkling wine or cocktail. Tea and sparkling service continue throughout the event, concluding thirty minutes before the scheduled end time.

Event Times & Minimums
Event minimums include food and beverage costs and exclusive use of our tea room. All private events are subject to an 8% sales tax, an 8% administrative fee, and a 20% service fee. The $250 booking fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the event minimum.
